I've never quite grasped the Celebrity Chef thing. I'm willing to wager (and this being Las Vegas, someone will fade me) that Guy, Buddy, Wolfgang, Emeril, Gordon, Jose or Bobby are not in the galley whipping up my dream meal. No beef with celeb chefs per se (see what I did there! lol), just don't get the excitement.
Hell, a little dive bar not far from me whips up the best wings that I have ever had. There seems to be a different guy in the kitchen every time I eat there. Have thanked a number of them when they come out to the bar but no clue who they are...I mean besides being The Wing Gods in my eyes. ;-)
