I Walked Past This Bellagio Restaurant for Years. That Was a Mistake.

After eating all over Bellagio, there’s a place i recommend… and it isn’t the one everyone posts on Instagram.

You’ve probably walked past it a hundred times.

I know I did.

Every time I cut through Bellagio from Vdara or Cosmopolitan, Harvest was just… there. Nice open kitchen. Pretty bar. Never crowded. Every single time, I kept walking.

Bellagio already has the celebrity lineup. Prime. Lago. Spago. Mayfair. Carbone Riviera. Harvest always felt like the place you ate if you couldn’t get into somewhere else.

Turns out… I had it completely backwards.
Harvest wasn’t Bellagio’s backup plan. It was mine.

Restaurant Week is one of the few times Vegas actually rewards curiosity.

Normally, we all play it safe. We book the famous restaurant, order the signature dish, and leave thinking we “did Vegas.”

Restaurant Week makes me do the opposite. At $60 for three courses, Harvest finally got its shot.
