The Best Concert Venue in Vegas Isn’t Sphere.
It’s smaller, cheaper, and sounds better. Here’s why I'm declaring Dolby Live a winner.
I’m tired of hearing about the Sphere.
Everyone talks about the giant LED screen, the mind-bending visuals, and how it’s “revolutionizing live music.” And sure, it’s impressive to feel like you’re watching a very expensive light show with a band somewhere in the background.
Meanwhile, there’s a venue that just quietly does what a concert venue is supposed to do: let you hear the music, see the artist, and actually feel the show, without needing a second mortgage or a neck brace from staring at a 160,000-square-foot dome.
That venue is Dolby Live at Park MGM.
And it’s probably my favorite place to catch a concert in Las Vegas right now.
